Dr. Raza Ullah In-charge Sociology Department, represented Rawalpindi Women University in the 4^th and final consultative workshop organized by Quaid-i-Azam University and Gloucestershire University UK. The workshop focused on “Improving Gender Equality in Pakistan Higher Education Leadership and Decision Making.”  Dr. Raza Ullah emphasized that the universities should promote gender equality in higher education leadership and decision-making bodies.  He concluded that half of the population is women  and therefore they should be given equal and fair chance in all spheres of life including education.
